Marie Lloyd
Marie is a Member of the Chartered Management Institute. She brings more than 10 years experience of working with young people; in youth justice with those at risk of offending and persistent offenders; crime diversion; mentoring; and in information, advice, and guidance. Marie is an experienced manager whose skills include problem solving, conflict management; assessment, reviewing and updating of services and associated change management. She has worked extensively in the youth and community sectors, in both statutory and voluntary agencies and in partnership initiatives. She has developed systems for recording and demonstrating outcome-based programmes. She brings partnership and project management experience and skills to assignments.
